I found this quite a good comprehensive guide to the diet. Good to have lots of recipe ideas, especially for me as I cannot eat gluten. (The author is a coeliac.) I did find one or two discrepancies in what you could or could not eat in a protein or carbohydrate meal. e.g. certain nuts listed as to be eaten 'only with protein meal' but then they were included in a carbohydrate recipe later!
It is a good start to the principles of the diet, and I have found it reasonably helpful to my health.
