This is one of the few books dedicated to IT Trainers. As an MCSE MCT certified technical trainer I am always looking for new ideas for my classes. This is one book you can pick up, turn to a page and find something new to change your presentation. Every trainer should have a copy.

While doing a university course I searched for training books specific to computer training and was finding it very difficult. I discovered Paul Clothier's articles in IT Training magazine and then bought this book. It has been invaluable, not only for the course, but also for my job as computer trainer in a publishing company. I particularly like his anecdotes which show how he has learned from his experiences - sometimes the hard way! There are lots of visuals too, which suits my learning style. A great book to pick up and dip into - it is next to my computer at all times!

I've been an IT trainer for two years and bought this for some training tips when I started a new job. It is fantastic and has completely changed the way I train. It is packed full of useful tips and ideas. I now get more out of my training sessions, but more importantly, so do my learners. An absolute must for anyone who trains others on computers in any capacity.
