An overview but not that helpful for the UK!,

This book is a handy sized easy reference note book for quick reference on various food types.One important note to raise is that as this book comes from the US the eating out section is not that relevant for the UK! Overall, there are alot of foods that we simply do not have in the UK mentioned in this book and therefore this impacts on the level of benefit this will achieve for people in the UK. The advantage of buying this book is that it compliments (very generally!) the other "The Carbohydrate Addict's" books and provides an easily accessible overview at a reasonable price!
