excellent 29 Sep 2001
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
This is the best book I have ever read on food combining. It ansswers all the questions I have ever asked which a lot of the smaller cheaper books don't. It is over 400 pages so much better value for money anyway.
It also emphasises how much food combining helps you, not just to lose weight, but to feel and be much healthier. Whenever I foodcombine a meal, I always leave the table feeling lighter and I never feel Imiss out on anything I really want to eat. the experience of eating fish and chips is always good while you are eating it, but you do notice the difference afterwards.
I really recommend this book. Food combining takes thinking about but this book is the best and easiest to follow that I have found.

Utterly Brilliant 9 April 2007
Format:Paperback
Just bought this book after trying the Food Doctor Diet Club, which left me feeling soooo bloated, it was unbelievable. Within two days of starting food combining my digestive problems had all but disappeared. I shall be following this as much as I can. I love Kathryn's non-judgmental approach, and that she acknowledges that most of us won't be able to food combine all the time. The sections on detox, eating disorders and allergies are very relevant to my whole family. My best buy this year, without a doubt!

I cannot praise this book enough. It is, without doubt, the best I have read on food combining so far. The author gives precise, yet thorough information on all aspects of gaining good health - not only food related. Anyone considering food combining could not go wrong with this book. I particularly like the flexible approach to this eating plan - much easier to follow than the stricter Hay System and, therefore, more feasible to keep to in the longrun.

Great book
I'v tried a few different recipe books on food combining, but this book has been the best as it is more of a manual. Very informative and clear. Some good recipes at the back too.
