it teaches you step by step and it gives inspirational idea
being a professional manga artist myself i know whats a good book and whats not
enough said!

This book is brilliant, it teaches you stage by stage how to draw your characters and is superb for a beginner! I've previously bought the 'Monster book of Manga' you'll find elsewhere on Amazon, THAT BOOK shows lots of examples of the stages of drawing a character but NO instruction on how to draw them yourself, a bit disappointing! . I think once you've got the hang of it the 'Monster book of Manga' is a good resource and source of inspiration and is a good companion to this book, but get this book first!!

this book will help any beginner master the manga art used in many childrens t.v programmes and films as well as video games. Great for all levels of artists
