This Volume seems to have slightly better paper quality than the first.
To put it simply, if you have the first, then you simply must purchase its companion, which brings an end to the Ace series.
Others have said that this is not worth buying because Belardinelli lost interest in doing the artwork etc. etc.
However, although Ace does reach a parallel universe, he remains the same good old Ace until the final story "The Garpetbaggers" where quality does take a turn for the worst. With a new, less subtle, less likeable character called "Evil Guts" the story takes a tired trolley around a movie studio and hilarity doesn't ensue.
But with that said, Ace remains true right up to the penultimate story, "The Doppelgarp", which serves our hero well as a swan song.
So...
Sad that the last quarter of this volume seriously misses the mark - but our hero manages to say goodbye and spin us a good yarn for the first 3/4 of the book.
