This is an easy to access video, with additional bonus features which would be of interest to martial artists.
The techniques shown are done in slow motion and then real time, allowing you to study what is required. This is then further supplemented by watching Biamonti using the technique in tournaments. A valuable addition to karate practitioners reference material.

this is more of a pat on the back than an instruction DVD, This did not add anything to my existing arsenal.
