Fun:
You know what it's like guys, you're in your pad, PS2 permanently on with cables, controllers & pizza boxes all over the room (well, the front room is the games room when you're single, right?)!
Then you find a girl & things start to change. The pizza boxes go & cushions appear on the sofa. The complaints start about all the wires trailing around the room...
For your peace of mind & sanity, you NEED this wireless controller in your life. It's not just as good as a standard PS2 controller, it's better. All the usual buttons & mini joysticks - PLUS extra buttons for "Turbo" & "Macro" so you can create macro moves for regular manoeuvres on your games.
It takes 3 AAA batteries, Not the 2 AA's advertised (However, yours could be different). I recommend you have 3 rechargeables in the controller, & 3 on charge ready to go. Not that it uses a lot of power. In fact, I've been playing on it for nearly 2 weeks & it's still going strong. The ON/OFF switch on the back is a good idea, so you can save the batteries when you're not playing.
It also has a great range thanks to the 2.4 GHz wireless signal.
Final verdict:
A great controller, great price, extra functions are a bonus, keeps the room tidy = happy g/f :D

Like i said this controller is amazing, why oh why was it so difficult for Sony to produce one like this?!. Controller is perfect size for my 6 year old sons hands and fingers!, he loves it. Its also plug and play, that simple that easy. It takes 3 AAA batterys .
