I'm new to using these compatible ink cartridges. Last time I bought a multi-pack with all the colours from another seller but I needed to replace the black ink which is how I came across this product. I have installed the cartridge and have been using it with no problem at all. Print quality and everything is fine and printer is running smoohtly like it would normally, but a fraction of the cost! I will certainly be a repeat customer and would recommend these cartridges to others without any hesitation.

I've changed from 5 stars to 4 because on two of these black cartridges now I've had to clean the print heads to get the black ink to work properly which is a bit of a waste. It's not a major problem and I'd buy them again but it's something to be aware of.

Excellent item. Good results and print is fine. Good capacity and excellent price.Would certainly recommend these inks to everybody.Great service too.
