I didnt realise when I bought my new printer that I wouldnt be able to get compatible inks so after buying expensive Canon ones and then trying other cheaper compatibles where you have to 'chip swap' and then they dont work anyway these inks are a Godsend. They were delivered in lightning time and worked straight away. The colour quality is excellent, especially on photos, you cannot tell the difference between these and the originals - except, of course, in the price !! Well done First Call, will be back for more :)

So far,so good,the inks are printing as one would hope and expect.Solid colour as good as the originals in my view.Too early to say how long they will last,but they have performed well on the best quality papers,with no loss of eveness. These compatible cartridges fit the printer no problem, and initially I thought that things were going to be OK, however a few prints down the line told me otherwise.
The colours sadly come out much greener than the Canon originals, and this is quite obvious when compared alongside a previous print.
They are a lot cheaper than Canon, and if you only want basic printing then fair enough, however if you want good strong colours which Canon does give you, then I would stay well clear of these. I will not be buying this product in future!

Works ok but can ruin your carpet
Quite well packaged, no problems once in the printer (so far) but you need to hold them over an old newspaper at all times after the ink cartridge has the packing removed. Read more
