Oliver and Marshall go into very considerable detail on the major heads of Company Law. Ideal as an excellent introduction for the student or new director / secretary at the sharp end.
An excellent read and quite light for a complex subject. References to Scottish Law are included where it differs from English provisions. Useful.
If your'e looking for a more practical guide however, this book will not assist.
Clear, concise and humorous. Superb.

An easy to use reference book covering many aspects of company law in the UK (including Scotland) and the EU. This book is easy to dip into when you need an answer to a particular question but it is also readable if you want to study the whole of the subject.
