short concise stories that are very easy to read about each companion. beautifully written. definately would recommend to everyone. absolutely love it!
A brilliant, scholarly piece of work that should be in every home that has an interest or wish to understand the companions of the Prophet Muhammad and early muslims and their community. This book comes in two volumes and covers men and women who stood beside the Prophet Muhammad in the times of trial and triumph.
The language is delightful, refreshing and will bring eloquence and and good writting/language style to anyone that reads and absorbs. Suitable from 7/8 years to adulthood but may be condensed and retold to younger age groups - my 3 and 5 year old relish "Companions" reading time. With sound historical and scholarly foundations, you are onto a clear winner with this set.
