I got one of these a while back, just after upgrading the aerial, and would not recommend this to anyone.
What's right? Good feature set, easy setup and good program guide along with user settable auto channel switching to programs to watch along with picture in picture channel swapping.
What wrong? Reception. A good box is measurable by it's reception and this box is very poor.
It suffers badly from electrical spikes - even just turning off a TV in it's proximity makes the picture 'glitch'.
It resets itself occassionaly for no apparent reason even when there are no power spikes or drops and, worst of all, it will do it's own random "freeze frame" effect! The picture will suddenly freeze for several seconds then resume even thought the sound is still present. It might not be so bad if it only happened on viewing but it also affects recording and is infuriation when trying to watch a recorded program. Indeed, it was so bad that I even got an engineer to check our signal and connections thinking the aerial installation must have been botched!
One has to ask what good a box is if it's packed with every last feature but gives unreliable reception? Better to have a basic box that receives well.
It seems a shame that a company that normally delivers the goods could let something this poor out of the factory gates.
If you have to replace your box, avoid this one - and think carefully about any other they sell.
I notice that the advertising shows this as "Wharfedale/Bush" - you might want to think twice if considering a Bush as well then.
Check out the Sagem boxes instead.
