Product Description
The Glen 2kW G2T convector heater is ideal for use in any room (except bathrooms) where there is no heating, or heat is required unexpectedly. The gentle heat provided by this compact convector gives a comfortable heat without making a sound, and it's thermostat offers greater user control. Additionally the G2T can be used either freestanding so that it can be moved from room to room, or wall mounted (brackets included) for a more fixed heating solution. The G2T has a neutral white and light grey finish for unobtrusive application, plus BEAB Intertek Safety Approval and a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Wall brackets are located on the underside of the heater, please refer to instruction manual.
Convectors are an ideal alternative to a fan heater when it comes to heating a room. They are larger and designed to be used either freestanding or wall mounted. They come in a choice of outputs ranging from 750W to 3kW, and many feature energy saving features such as thermostats, choice of heat settings and timers. Certain models also come with inbuilt fans to extract the heat from the body of the product quickly and effectively. They are ideal as a form of low cost heating when an extension to a house has been built as they simply require mounting to the wall with brackets provided and plugged in. Far easier than extending the central heating system.

I purchased two off these heaters, I must add it was not from Amazon, only praise for this company. I had them approxamatly 3 weeks and they both broke, with the elements touching each other and both burnt out, apart from I would say beening dangerous, a complete and utter waste of hard earned cash, faultly batch or not, now you have to try and get a refund or replacements, which I would not want, DO NOT BOTHER , YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

I bought this heater to warm the bedroom in our flat as our pre-installed electric heater is at the head of the bed - nice one to the developers...
I was quite surprised when it arrived as it was much smaller than I expected it to be. Whilst this has obvious size and weight advantages, I was concerned that it wouldn't do the job.
My concerns were unfounded. Our room is quite large with really high ceilings, and the heater does the job well. I leave it turned on full for about two hours before we go to bed and the room is a nice temperature, especially in the winter!
On the whole, it's nothing particularly impressive, but it does the job for which it was intended. No complaints here :)

Do not buy this product as it has no timer, no turbo , no cool air setting, basically nothing like it`s description

Poor quality
Just poor quality - not like another Dimplex product bought, this one is made in China hence, poor quality. Tinny feeling to it & weak-looking element inside.

Actually deserves a "zero- 0" rating!!!.. Rip-off!
As mentioned above, the heater that arrived does not match the description and does not have a timer, turbo fan or cool setting. I do not recommend this purchase!
