I found the book very useful, it explains the whys and dos, however, I did find there were a lot of references in the sentences, which I know has to be, because of plagiarism, therefore, it was a bit of putting when reading.

Overall a very informative book

This book gives a good variety of information needed to students on body language,tone of voice and how the manor we portray influences building a therapeutic relationship with a client. It also has lots of information on models of communication ie- carl rogers. Very good all round.
