This book gives a good variety of information needed to students on body language,tone of voice and how the manor we portray influences building a therapeutic relationship with a client. It also has lots of information on models of communication ie- carl rogers. Very good all round.
Flicked through it but haven't read it yet. Looks as if it will help me in my nurses training.... Delivered in good time and packaged well
I found the book very useful, it explains the whys and dos, however, I did find there were a lot of references in the sentences, which I know has to be, because of plagiarism, therefore, it was a bit of putting when reading.
