Hardly "common everyday items." Somewhat uninspired by this book. After skimming through it I actually felt like I'd been conned.

Great Ideas 12 Mar 2009
By David Snode - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition
I thought the ideas in here were really good, with a little something for everyone. There's toys, clothes, electronics, sporting goods, cookware, and yes, even "magazines" as mentioned by another reviewer, along with many other items. You can pick a lot of it up very inexpensively and make a few bucks reselling it. What more could you ask for, especially for the price?

Exactly what it promises - get this book. 8 Dec 2011

The book is exactly what it promises, "everyday" items that bring big profits. Long story short: for this price you have to get this book.

It shows you everyday items you can find at garage sales, antique shops, etc that fetch high prices on ebay, most are very common and not something you'd expect to be as popular as they are. If you're looking for some secret "tips" to get stuff that people throw away, that you can auction for big bucks, get this book!

I did some fact checking and searches to verify what he was saying, and it's accurate.

Great job!

Good ideas but there wasn't much to the book 14 Feb 2012

I've been buying and selling on Ebay for a decade with 100% positive feedback as I write this - we all have found cool things that people don't realize will sell well on Ebay and this book is no exception - you may get a new idea or two you hadn't thought of before. However, it advertises 91 items to buy and it is NOT a list of 91 separate ideas/items, but a few minor categories and then within those categories he'll give you several items. For example, the author tells you of a certain type of book to buy and then lists several different 'titles' that publisher put out that do well on Ebay. Those all count toward his list of 91. The idea for the book was great and had it had more info, I'd be giving 5 stars. As such, it probably took no time at all to write and if enough people buy it, he's making a killing even at 99 cents a pop.
