It's true that this book isn't a death solution for the terminally ill, but for all the crap it seems to catch from some people, I can tell you it's worked at least once...for me. Then how am I still writing? Like the others have said, it's not about killing yourself, it's a method to change the way you act and look at things in a way that isn't all soft and gooey. It's just a matter-of-fact how-to that uses a set date for your suicide as context...motive, maybe...to get things done that make you realize you have more power to control your life condition than you think. I get how a terminally ill person might think it pointless, but I DON'T get how anyone else in a sorrow pit can't have a better life if they actually do the stuff in the book. My life is better because of it.
