I bought this book to help me with my studies. It has proved to be very useful while I have been studying for my Credit Management fda. I would definitely recommend this book.

I am in year 2 of the LLB(Hons) course and was recommended this textbook for my consumer law. It is clear and easy to understand and the layout of the book is simple to follow! Also sections of specific acts (for example The Sales of Goods Act) are clearly explained along with cases and examples.
Although this textbook is a 2008 edition and another edition has not yet been published, it is still worth buying. Just bear in mind that some areas have progressed but the basic foundations are explained for the LLB course!
I would also recommended purchasing a statute book to use alongside this textbook to gain higher marks.
