Excellent Primer 9 Nov 2010
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
This is a clear, concise book on standard contractual terms in commercial contracts (including B2C, software licenses, and B2B).

Model clauses are interspersed with case examples and references to legislation. However the focus is practical rather than academic.

One small gripe is that template agreements and clauses are not provided on CD-ROM or as an online accompaniment.

I think this book would be an ideal reference guide for an in-house lawyer or contracts manager.
