Readers can’t get enough of FAR FROM HOME 1: LEGEND

★★★★★ "I enjoyed this story very much. The author has a natural gift for storytelling, memorable characters, and building suspense. If this is the first in a series I look forward to reading them all."
- Adam Drake, Smashwords Reviewer

★★★★★ "The story zips along at a lightning quick pace and ends on a cliffhanger - as it should. I'm eagerly awaiting the next instalment."
- Jeff Oaster, Smashwords Reviewer

★★★★ "Far from home... I think it’s a good title, and not the only good thing in this book. As some other reviews stressed already, the choice of characters and names is very good. The action is sustained and gripping. The space encounters are cinematically presented. It is a good read."
- Blacklight Design, Smashwords Reviewer

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing... 7 Feb 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Purchased after book 1, but it seems so very short. Less than a chapter in length and repeating itself often.

The premise is good, the story development well paced and the authors style is to be commended but buying the book a chapter a time is an expensive way to read. I won't be buying book 3 - but will wait until he rolls all of the book up into one and then buy that.

3.0 out of 5 stars Cheap sci-fi 1 Jan 2014

It's a ok book probability better for younger readers as it's s bit simplistic and predictable for hardened sci-fi readers.

4.0 out of 5 stars Far from Home 1 Aug 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Each book is actually only a chapter in length so you need to read in correct sequence but worth reading. Waiting with interest for the next in the series. Not available in Kindle version yet.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not much happening in this book. 16 July 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
HHavig read the first novella this one was a disappointment. Slow paced and nothing happens until the last two pages or so. Did not feel that this set the story background up that much either. The details that are in it might turn out to be important in subsequent novellas but after its predecessor I was not impressed.
