It's best to take the advice offered on the first page and go seek professional help regarding medication.
I got this book a couple of years ago and was amazed at how silly it is.The book, I mean.
The medication turned out fine.
This book is terrible.
Much like the rantings of a Scientologist or someone with a huge chip on their shoulder regarding their own self.
Steer clear of books like this...it's money wasted.
It's simply a crud book.

Peter Lehmann has compiled an amazing text on the subject of coming off psychotropic drugs. I can highly recommend this to anyone who has an interest in the preparation and process of what it takes to learn to come off these drugs and live life without them. Amazing stories of many who had been led to believe they were "ill" and now live life outside of the constricting paradigm of "mental disease". A must read for therapists, doctors, users of these drugs and their family members.
