Grieving with the Sheep for Shepherds

Manning's Comforting Those Who Grieve is written for pastors, but can be used by anyone who wants to help the grieving. It is a small, down-to-earth practical guide, one that will prove very useful.
Sometimes Manning is vague about how to specifically help the grieving, and at times writes choppily. Yet the book is touching, informative, and uses illustrative examples throughout in helping the grieving through the times of the funeral and times when the needs are to simply be heard, touched, and remembered. Thus, it is an excellent little volume for pastors and those who have recently lost someone.
