I was doing a colour therapy course when I purchased this book. Although it was okay, it didn't have a lot of the information I was looking for. It's okay to keep for reference though .

While taking part in a Coulour Therapy course i have found this book to be 'Just what the Doctor ordered'.It is an easy book to understand and its contents are also easy to put into practice.
My own life has become very colourful and this wonderful book has led me to research everything relating to clour, which in turn has opened a whole new exciting world to me.So my research gose on and my colour therapy work book comes with me.
