Excellent picture quality for something so small, we use it connected to our front door camera. Has 3 connectors dangling from a single jack plug, 1 for 12v 1a input for power, 1 composite video input and 1 audio.
Although I have given this very cool monitor 5 stars, there are a couple of negatives which don't really relate to the monitor's performance or quality.
1) The input jack is on the left hand side of the case which seriously spoils the way it looks, especially if you want to mount it on the dashboard of a car. A right-angle plug into the back would have been MUCH neater, I can see why it is done the way it is, but it could still be better.
2) The supplied power supply is AWFUL! I've had two of these now and BOTH power supplies have failed so i'm fairly certain you will need a better quality replacement at some point. don't assume the monitor or input is faulty as I did...

I bought this to use with a Digital Night Vision system so that I could look at the view remotely. The monitor works very well with it and any video source. Colour is ok when connected to a camera but the sound (if you use it) is a bit on the tinny side. What do you expect from something so small? Overall I am happy with its performance.
