A fun book with an explanation (in simple terms) of Pop Art and who Andy Warhol was. The book covers several themes of his work with emphasis on letting the child decide what looks good. Plenty of space to draw as well as colour, with suggestions but no 'rules'. A central pull out section invites you to copy Andy Warhol's 'factory' and have a 'colouring party' with friends to see how the same print varies when different people colour it.
A final section shows all the prints used with brief comments.
A really good book for slightly older children (my daughter is 9) younger children would not get as much out of it.
It is not just a colouring book, but and introduction to an artist and his style.
