Disappointing--Same Information in Regular Mexico Book, 17 July 1999

I was excited when this book came out, but disappointed when I read through it. It seems to me that the same information is available--and presented better--in Moon Publications Mexico Guidebook or in Moon Publication regional guides to various areas of Mexico. Maybe this shows my preference for an all-around guidebook that includes information on a lot of subjects, and especially about places to stay in all price ranges. I like Chicki Mallan's writing and admire her ground-breaking coverage of the Yucatan and other areas, but I don't find much new in this book.
