i bought these phones a couple of months ago and even though we do not really use the landline so much, i ve pretty much used them enough to write a review.
the phones look as good as in the picture, if not better, they are really pleasing to the eye and they do get attention.
the buttons feel a bit plasticky when pressed but this is not an annoyance as to not buy the product if you like how it looks (i love it).
one major drawback is: when you answer a call, from either handset, the other handset doesn't recognize it as an answered call and shows on the display that you had a missed call. the same goes for the messages heard on the second handset. the answering machine does not mark them as read, instead the number of messages the answering machine displays does not drop.
also, the display is not that bright while sitting on its base to see the clock that is displayed. there is no option to set the brightness.
