I bought this because I couldn't get the Frye boot cleaner in the UK. Used sparingly, it polishes on easily and buffs up to a semi- shiny finish. I didn't notice is darkening the leather unduly and definitely brings out the grain of the leather again.

I bought this cleaner for my wife's Frye boots, as you are unable to buy the official Frye cleaning cream in the UK, and am impressed that it is gentle and has nourished the leather boots and cleaned them gently. Would recommend therefore for expensive products of high quality leather. The cream has only slightly darkened the leather, which is a light colour, but it looks good and if anything has improved the boots.
