I found this book very helpful during my year 9 SATS. It is well presented in full colour, which makes revision easier as the book is attractive and easy to look at and read. As the book is split into different sections, for example "reading and understanding fiction" and "imaginative writing", and then split further into the different levels obtainable at Key Stage 3, it is very easy to find which specific piece of revision you are looking for, without having to read through pages and pages of pointless writing. On top of this the book is actually written by the examiners and so they tell you what they are looking for in your exam answers, by giving examples of poor responses and top level responses. An altogether helpful book.
