Excellent except . . .
The Collins dictionaries have two problems:
o The English translations often use Briticisms, with no USA counterparts. This is especially frustrating when the dictionaries use British slang or colloqueialsms that are meaningless to the American user.
o The dictionaries express a far-left feminist agenda. Such politicization and personal prejudice have no place in responsible lexicography. (E.g., "male chauvinist pig" and its French counterpart ("dirty macho") should be labeled not standard but offensive, and there are quite a few such evidences of feminist bias.)
