5.0 out of 5 stars Great!, 23 Jul 2002
...Collins Pregnancy Week by Week is a kind of flip chart for the whole pregnancy and keeps you well informed of how your baby is growing and developing as well as what you need to be thinking of doing as each week arrives..ie shopping, getting the nursery ready. It also dismissed some of the fear in childbirth as it feels as though you are being talked through it by someone who knows what they are talking about and not just one word answers from your midwife!! All in all i would highly recommend this to any first time mother or like myself (3rd time around) just as a little keepsake of maybe the last child!!

5.0 out of 5 stars It made it all feel so real, 22 Aug 2001
By A Customer
I first got this book when I was pregnant with my daughther, I would write down all my useful tips so when I became pregnant with my son it was invaluable. Harriet would turn the pages each week so she felt involved in Tom's journey into the world. I recommend it to every pregnant friend.

4.0 out of 5 stars The midwife by your bedside, 25 Jul 2003
By A Customer
This book is like meeting your midwife every week. It was reassuring for a first time mother-to-be and full of practical advices. But if I have to be completely honest I used it particularly to check on my weight gains!!! Complement it with another book about pregnancy and you will know pretty much everything you need to know for those long 9 months.
