About the Author

Tony Buzan is the world-renowned inventor of Mind Maps and the multi-million copy bestselling author of 'How to Mind Map' and 'Mind Maps for Kids' series. I wanted to learn spanish, but learn at my own speed and this really is a good product to buy.
It's pretty simple method with fairly simple words but i've learnt to put them together and it's actually fun to do.
The price is also a plus. Don't go throwing yourself into a language by spending silly amounts of money on a beginner language package, when you might not like it.
You get a little booklet with colour coded buzz words which could be useful to know, and they tell you how to say words on the CD and it's semi-interactive. A person will say something in the CD and then it will give a pause for you to finish the sentence, but if you take too long, the CD will say the sentence anyway. It isn't like they just give you the buzz words though, you will find yourself stringing sentences together in no time. (My first sentence was, A tea with milk and 2 sugars please) which confused my little sister a bit, so made it more fun.
I've found it very fun and useful so far and will definately be pursuing the spanish language beyond beginner.

Summery - Very good price, especially if you dont take to it - Pretty simple but effective method to begin to string sentences together - Very useful for beginners for starting from nothing. - Quite a fun method too.
(I didn't know a thing about the spanish language before this, other than hola; not saying i'm fluent or anything, but I can understand the basics, as is the aim) 5/5 - Very Fun, Useful and Easy.

This complete beginners set is very useful if you are a complete beginner. I have attended a Spanish language course and was looking for something to both 'brush up' and extend my abilities. This is not the tool for this. I will use it as I now own it, but will have constantly cross refer between my original learning and this new method.
