Absolute must have 9 Nov 2006
Format:Paperback
I have just started a reflexology diploma and ordered this book in error. However it is by the same author as the recommended text. The book is TINY. At first I thought I'd send it back, but checked it through first. It has all the information you need for actual treatments, but condensed right down to the essentials. So you can sit with your patients feet in front of you and the book tucked to one side. It givesyou the complete order of treatment. Each page gives you a detailed drawing of the exact reflexology area, a description of the area and, most important, the treatment, including exactly where and how to work the thumb and or fingers. I find it the most useful book ever. It can be kept in your handbag or pocket - so you could do a treatment whenever you can find a willing subject. Since I got the book at least two other girls in the class have bought one. Plus its pretty cheap.
