By Michael Ambjorn VINE™ VOICE
Format:Paperback
This little volume fits neatly in your pocket for quick and easy reference when in the pub, bar or other outlet with more than just rudimentary selection of whiskies on offer.
Coverage of each whisky is not extensive but is sufficient for making a decision on whether to sample or to abstain.
For those who need to make an even quicker decision than what can be concluded from the text, each whisky description is also accompanied by a highlight giving the core facts of age, strength (%) and taste rating (1-5, mild to robust).

A Little Gem 15 July 2011
Format:Paperback
This Collins gem is fun to read and very informative. It provides background on how whiskies are made and each whisky listed has a grading between 1-5 based on quality of taste. Also has helpful advice on the suitability of which whisky is for beginners to seasoned imbibers and specialists. Each page has a glossy picture of the product with interesting background histories.
