I found this book helpful as a quick reference guide while taking my NLP Practioner course. I carried it in my pocket for two weeks. Although small, it covers the essentials to NLP in a impressive way.

I love this little book! It's just made sense of a NLP weekend workshop that I attended recently. I do wish I'd bought the book first. Its clear and precise with exercises and examples and the size is just right for slipping into your pocket or handbag. I am going to look at the other titles available in the Collins Gem series.

It describes the basics of NLP in a concise manner. I would recommend this book if you are wondering about NLP or to use as a reminder, I would recommend a more detailed book to support this book and get a greater understanding.

I liked it!
