Format:Kindle Edition
Great read it covers some the basic topics of people mgmt such as conflict resolution and performance culture. Also the structure does allow it to be a good read for people to get a first foot into people mgmt but also for more experienced managers to have a little looksy now and again.

The 'secrets' in the title is very misleading - There is nothing in here that you won't have already known. You should also be aware that the Kindle edition formatting is all over the place, meaning captions are often nowhere near the image/table they are describing. If you have to buy this, get the print edition, but there are plenty of better management books out there.
