About the Author
Chris Perkins, a member of the British Numismatic Trade Association, has been a coin dealer specialising in British Coins for a number of years. This is his 9th book for Rotographic. His main business remains Predecimal.com where he sells a range of British coins and accessories for collectors. He exhibits at some major coin fairs and is also involved with BBC 3CR radio as the coin expert on the monthly coin related phone-in.

I have purchased several years editions of this book and have always found this to be a very useful book. It is one of the few coin books that gives weight, size and metal content and mintage numbers which is extremly useful when buying coins.
The addition of coloured bars across the pages makes it that much easier to read. The size of the book also makes it an invaluable addition when going to coin auctions or sales. Well worth buying. F. Mckernan

I am an avid coin collector, but having just moved here from USA most of my collecting was with US coins. These books I got on British money are a great start for me, giving me a lot of background knowledge.
