Although the cover isn't that exciting, the recipes inside are just brilliant. My son suffers anaphylaxia with eggs and getting a decent recipe for a cake that isn't rubbery or taste vile is really hard. Great range of recipes.
The chocolate cake recipe in here was delicious, my fussy Dad didn't even know it was a 'allergy free' cake! Top marks
NB Milk is used in some of the recipes, we just used Oat milk instead.
This book caters for egg, milk (if you follow above advice) and soya free cooking.
Highly recommended.
