Selected examples of Alan Coren's Punch column read by John Bird in the same voice that he now uses to satirise Robert Mugabe. Politically incorrect and, hence, essential listening.

If you don't find this funny you've either had your sense of humour surgically removed, or you're dead, or possibly very senior in the Foreign Office. To hell with political correctness and nanby pamby international dipperlomacy; if you're going to stride the world stage and make an idiot of yourself, we'll make fun of you - that's just the way it goes. Buy it, it'll make you feel better - Promise!

My husband & I already had a tape of this broadcast which was not the best reproduction in the world so hence the purchase of the CD. It has given us & our friends so much entertainment that even after a period of time it is still talked about when we are together. We have bought & sent another CD to our friends in Scotland who absolutely love it. So if you want a good laugh then all I can say is, buy it & hear it for yourself IDI IDI IDI AMIN!!

Laughing with tears in my eyes!
Nothing much makes me laugh out loud these days, so I was amazed that this cd (which I didn't find all that hilarious back when it was first released in 1975) had me in stitches. Read more

John Bird Comedy
