We completely agree with the other review here.I usually don't bother to write negative reviews. However after spending the last three hours putting this toy together I have to! We bought the Spy Plane from this series last night for our nearly 6 year old son. He loves to build things and all things that fly and if it shoots missiles, all the better! The box says 5 and up. What a joke! There are so many TINY pieces and they are so hard to put together that he could only watch while I frustratingly worked on this toy. The pieces were so tight to put together that even my 35 year old hands had great difficulty. I believe the pads of my fingers are bruised, lol. In some places I had to use my teeth to squeeze everything together (ok, should have went to the toolbox and got some pliers but I was already mad and just wanted to get it finished!). Some of the pieces are not so tight and fit badly. Also, it is so poorly designed that the weight of itself causes it to fall apart at the slightest touch. I thought it was worth it when I finished and saw how delighted his face was. After all, he'd been waiting since last night to put this together! He tried to play with it for about half an hour and became so disappointed and frustrated with parts coming off that he has now decided it should just sit in his room as a sculpture. He played with it very gently, holding it only where I showed him would be safest. Parts that weren't even touched just pop out (from the pressure?). He is afraid of losing the engines and wheels and whatever else that happens to drop off. Terrible toy. Don't waste your time, money, or sanity (or your kid's).
