Wonderful album 19 July 2006
Format:Audio CD
I confess to buying this because of the other musicians on the album. However it is probably the best album I have purchased in years. Wonderful collection of songs ranging in styles and moods. Always thoughtful and often moving and poignant. I would recommend this to everyone. My daughter is 16 and also confessed to liking it when I played it last night. It is also an album that gets better the more times you listen to it. I can not recomend this highly enough and can not understand why he did not go on to produce many more albums.

I was lucky enough to be a student living in Bristol early 70s and frequent the great Troupador club the night that sticks in my mind the late, great Colin Scot.he downed umpteen whiskys and played and joked for hours.Have treasured LP but had nothing to play it on for years then saw the cd was out and the years fall away i can fill in the gaps to my memory of the words to sandy & nite people.my partner ,who is grudging with praise, likes it, Me i love it ITS ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

Scottie 16 Oct 2006
Format:Audio CD
I haven't actually bought it yet, i will do in a couple of minutes. I've waited many years for this to appear on CD. It's a fine album with many fine songs though the best were written by others. Unfortunately, no matter how good this album is, it can never provide more than a hint of this mans talent, for his true genius was performing live. Quite simply the man was awesome on stage. He could bring a tear to your eye with Baby in my lady or Annaline and then shake the foundations of the building with Hey Sandy or The man who called himself Jesus.

Happy days. RIP scottie
