4.0 out of 5 stars It's Like A Tardis 14 Aug 2009

I bought this tent to replace my aging 4 man tent. One thing you don't realise is just how big this is. However, saying that, my daughter and I managed to assemble in 30 minutes. The poles are colour coded and one side are held in a sleeve, whereas the other side are held in webbing clips. Once the poles are in, the who tent can be put in position and pegged down. The eybrow canopy over the two side doors are an interesting feature. The additional of a removable end canopy gives you somewhere to cook. I have augmented this area with a wind break.
Packing up is interesting. You must leave the doors un-zipped otherwise when you try and fold it, you have an instant bouncy castle.

The whole package comes in a bag. It is quite heavy so it's a defnite 2-may lift. When I packed it away, I left the pole bag out as to reduce weight.

All in all, quite palatial.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb Tent 15 Oct 2009
This is a superb family tent with masses of space and very well made. Stayed 5 nights in Tenby on top of a cliff in monsoon rain and hurricane winds (Welsh weather) and survived intact and dry........so got be highly recommended!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A good buy 4 Sep 2009

we loved the tent. It's very spacious. I can only admire the reviewer who put it up so quickly- it took two of us an hour to get the main tent up, in spite of a practice run the night before.
The instructions are rubbish. All becomes clear once you appreciate that on one side the tent poles are exposed on the outside.
There is one design fault. If you have the big front canopy on to cook under and the door out to it open in rain, you'll get indoor puddles. We managed though through torrential showers and would still buy this tent again. It was good value.
