Another amazing soundtrack from Richard Harvey,
By A Customer
This review is from: Colditz (Audio CD)
Yet another epic score from Harvey - one of his most evocative works yet. This powerful music really made this television mini series. For lovers of Angelo Badalamenti - this is a definite for your collections.

How can a score like this go unnoticed?,
By
This review is from: Colditz (Audio CD)
It is a real shame that scores like Colditz go by unnoticed. Richard Harvey has created what is probably the best soundtrack of 2005. The main theme is an absolute beauty with some stunning writing for piano and strings that sounds bold and heroic without ever feeling patronisingly patriotic. The album is comprised of some great orchestral tracks. The mix does favour the string section and piano making it a highly satisfying listening experience on album. If you happen to stumble on this page, the album is definitely worth a punt!
