wow....... never underestimate a book by its cover..... a very good read about how a jewish boy took revenge for the atrocities the befell his family.... loved every chapter and wanted to see a second book on how Stefan's life continued after the close of this book... 5* plus from me ..... Thank you M M Rumsberg for entertaing me. Having lived in Berlin 77 to 89, it was interesting capturing in my mind areas of Berlin that the author used to tell the story..... many thanks also for that... Nick Angels Hancock

5.0 out of 5 stars BRILLIANT 10 Nov 2013
By Mark
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Fabulous book, not over descriptive about the scenes etc. which sometime can take up far to many pages and start to get boring. This book is not boring, always moving and full of suspense. I don't read lots of books but this one would definitely be read again sometime by me. I don't believe anyone would be disappointed in this book.

Most of it is believable as long as the Gestapo are inept. But a good story with good pace. Good characters

1.0 out of 5 stars There is better out there 30 July 2013
By Katie

Main character was not believable. Seems like he was set to win the war all on his own as well as being able to make all the women he came across want him desperately! All this and only a teenager!
