I found this book very good with lots of information for people who are new to keeping a Cockateil. I would recommend it as it's modern, interesting and gave me lots of tips with my own cockateil.

What a great little book, inexpensive yet full of good advice for the beginner. I needed a refence book for my pets as I knew nothing about cockatiels, I was not disappointed by the content and it is used in preference to other lengthy,more expensive works.
The text is a translation from the original German but it is clear and concise with the advice set out in logical order, from buying a cage to breeding.
This is a useful and helpful guide. If you are a beginner like me-buy it!

A Very helpfull compact book for the first time owner of a cockatiel, all the basic info
is there for you along with some nice pictures I fell in love with our cockatiel and this
books helps me keep him happy and healthy, recommended and the first one that does'nt
recommend clipping their flight feathers.
