About the Author
Of English Italian heritage, Peter Janes light-heartedly describes the mix as being conservatively flamboyant with a logically chaotic frame of mind. Although contradictive, his analysis of himself becomes clearer when delving deeper into his life. Holding a full time job in data management, he is also working on several writing projects each at different stages of completion and also designs and maintains web sites for friends. Outside of a busy work and home life, as an avid motor-sport fan he can be found at various race tracks across the UK following the British Touring Car Championships. Also a great lover of cinema, "Cock it & Pull it" is inspired by a plethora of British movies from past and present. The author praises the talent in both the British movie making industry and its writers making Britain, in his opinion, one of the best places for new and inspirational talent.

Very easy to read, its like watching an action film. Very involving and could not put it down!

Cock It & Pull It is an excellent first novel from a new author. Taking influence from some of the greatest British heist movies, Cock It's plot comprises of twists, turns, double crossings and surprises a plenty. As well as a great story line, the author introduces each character and scene with great detail.
I will definitely be looking out for future books from Peter Janes and look forward to seeing his writing style develop.

Considering the author is new to writing I feel this is a great read - the storyline is gripping from start to finish incorporating some great twists and turns. I couldn't put it down once I had started it and although I found it overly descriptive in places my overall view of the book is excellent. Well worth a read !!
