After being blown away by the original of this great album I was very pleased when I found this remix. Often remixes have been broken down so much, little of the original 'vibe' remains, not so in this case. Every song has been sensitively done so as to keep the groove of the original (and in some cases betters the original) track. Highly recommended, it stands by itself as a great album in it's own right. If you do not own Coba Coba get that as well, you will not be dissapointed.

Good to see bands from little known countries like Peru producing such fine beats that are so good as to be remixed after such a short time.

I have Coba Coba the original album but this, for me, is better. Tracks more upbeat. I have seen elsewhere some comparison with Gotan Project but if that's what you expect you would be quite a bit off the mark. Tight punchy Latin music, not every track gels.
