An excellent resource for coaches. I have read a great many coaching books over the last few years all of which offer great theory but little or no practical advice and steps to put the theory into practice. I found this a quick and easy read, and a great resource to dip into when inspiration is needed.

When somebody does not have time to dip into heavy volumes of coaching expertise to find interesting practical tools directly available to put in practice, this book comes in the front line instantly.
With all strategies and techniques developed clearly and concisely in no more than five pages each, this book is a real gem.

With so many coaching books available shelf space can be an issue but it's worth making room for this new book on the block. Drawing on experience of 'what works' the 101 strategies and techniques are a great way for coaches to either pick up new stuff or remind themselves of resources they have used in the past. Nicely arranged it's an good book to dip into when inspiration is needed.
