5.0 out of 5 stars The Definitive Book on Coaching, 4 Aug 2003
By A Customer
This review is from: The Coaching Manager: Developing Top Talent in Business (Paperback)
This book presents a model for teaching managers and non-managers how to coach. It has a solid body of knowledge as its foundation and gives very practical strategies for actually conducting coaching within an organization. There is even a chapter on creating a coaching culture.

The book is written by two management consultants and professors who are well-versed in Organizaional Behavior and Leadership. Their book integrates their coaching model with leadership development. The Coaching Manager is a good investment to anyone interested in the field of management coaching.
